Low-carb high-protein cream cheese pancakes

A great breakfast option that gets in the protein when trying to stay low carb.


50g of cream cheese

1 egg

1/2 tsp of baking powder

1/2 scoop of whey protein

1-2 tbsp of berry compote

1/3 cup of berries


To make batter mix with a whisk, 50g of cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 scoop of protein powder. Fry each side for approximately 5 minutes. Top with

1 tbsp of berry compote and 1/3 cup of strawberries.
