Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies


With only a handful of ingredients these cookies are super easy to make. ⁣


Recipe


200g chunky peanut butter⁣

100g dark chocolate chips⁣

100g sweetener (swerve, sukrin, natvia) or honey⁣

1 tsp of baking powder⁣

Pinch of salt⁣

Dash of milk or milk alternative⁣

1 egg⁣




Directions⁣

Combine the peanut butter, sweetener, egg, baking powder and salt and mix with a fork or electric whisk in a large bowel until it forms a thick batter. Pour in some milk or milk alternative if the mixture is too stiff to mix fully. Next mix in the chocolate chips. Place heaped tsp sized dollops of the batter on to a greased proof lined baking tray. Heat in the oven at 160c for 30 minutes, rotating the tray at the half way point. Leave to cool and store in the refrigerator.⁣
