Peanut butter chocolate chip banana bread

Peanut butter chocolate chip banana bread. Made with just a handful of ingredients.⁣


200g peanut butter⁣

3 eggs⁣

1 large banana⁣

50g of low carb sweetener (swerve, sukrin, natvia) or honey⁣

1tsp of baking powder⁣

1/4tsp of vanilla extract⁣

50g of dark chocolate chips⁣


In a large mixing bowel, mix the peanut butter, eggs, sweetener, baking powder and vanilla extract. Once you have a smooth batter mix in a mashed banana. Finally add in the chocolate chips. Place the mixture in a parchment paper lined loaf tin and cook in the oven at 170c for forty minutes. To make sure cake is cooked, pierce the middle with a knife. It should come out clean a batter free.⁣
